Biography
"Leah is the Director of Flex Experience and oversees the new online cohort of students in the Flex Scheduling option for the Evening & Weekend MBA (EWMBA) Program at Haas. This strategic role blends curricular planning with faculty, immersion weekend and event planning with the Operations Team, and facilitating connections with Haas lifecycle partners.
Leah joined Haas in the Spring of 2020 as an Associate Director and has been supporting the EWMBA elective course portfolio, engaging our partner programs across Berkeley, and advising students. Her career in higher education has spanned several functional areas, including admissions, orientation, student experience programming, academic, extra-curricular, and personal crisis advising, and career services. She previously held student-facing roles at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa, and the University of Northern Iowa.
She is a proud alumna of the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned her BA in Communication Studies and Family Services and her Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Post Secondary Education Student Affairs.
A fun fact about Leah: She made Bay Area news when she welcomed President Obama in San Francisco and he held her baby!"
