Biography
Alexis De Leon is an experienced leader in academic administration and global program development, with a passion for student success, strategic growth, and creating inclusive educational experiences. She currently serves as Senior Director of MBA Programs at Santa Clara University, where she has led international business initiatives, developed custom executive programs in Germany and Dubai, and enhanced student support services. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and exploring new restaurants with her husband and two dogs.
