The Hybernia Restaurant and Cafe is located in the heart of Prague 1 and is easily accessible by tram.  The upper level (street level) houses the cafe and bar while the lower levels (the original city of Prague) houses the restaurant and mulitple private dining rooms.

The restaurant offers traditional Czech faire with touches of Italian and German.  The highlights include unbelieveable kabobs (see picture) and schnitzel.  On Sundays, your schnitzel can be made of veal, chicken, rabbit, fish, or pork.  The house wine compliments most dishes.  The cafe/bar is a quiet, but busy, hotspot that is open until 11:30 p.m.

The service is quite good with most staff speaking English.  The restaurant does accept credit cards and is a good value.
