Working in student services at graduate business schools requires you to wear multiple hats. GBSSA will give you an outlet to share your best practices, ideas, problem-solving skills, and materials with your colleagues. Want to know what other schools are doing with regards to their marketing, advertising, program materials, and student handouts? Having problems making sure you are sending the right message with the materials your program has? GBSSA can help you with that by putting you in direct contact with professionals in that area. GBSSA is the nation’s only organization for student services professionals in graduate business programs. We’re a community of individuals dedicated to improving not only our profession, but also ourselves. Centered around a yearly conference, membership and involvement with GBSSA extends throughout the year with listserv communication, hot topic discussions, and updates in the industry. Being a part of GBSSA also puts you in touch with key players such as the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) and TeamMBA.
